I'm very satisfied with Ms. Mougeot. She's knowledgeable and she helps me out a lot. When I had a blood test, I never did tell her that I had a, I must have been allergic to something because I was blowing my nose even when I didn't have a cold. And she even tested me to see if I had an allergy and provided a prescription for it. And I appreciate it very much.

I was a patient of my previous doctor for years. She did not notify her patients that she was retiring, which was cruel. The current doctor is a genuine people person first, which is a great asset. Of course I'm speaking of Shelby!

Most providers will rush through an appointment and that is not true of the providers at Bella Medical. They take their time with you and discuss the issues that are challenges that you are facing.

I loved not having to fill out ALL the SAME paper work that I filled out on my first visit. While I did have to sign on some new office policy's I did not mind because it was quick simple and easy process. Thank You for that!!! And the Lady that takes blood is awesome! Very Good at what she does, no pain quick and she's very polite!

I couldn't get to the front desk like I needed to. The answering service answered during business hours, so it would be nice to be able to get right to the desk. Also, Shelby's wonderful. I love her and she listens very well. I'll be back to see her definitely.

The phone answering service is a nightmare. It took more than six hours to get through to them. When I still had not gotten a call from the clinic by the next day I finally drove to the clinic to get an appointment.

The phone situation needs to be fixed. When you call, you stay on the phone for almost an hour and you don't get a call back.

The lab is horrible. I feel that the wait time is extremely too long after seeing the doctor. I waited 15 minutes the lab technician had not called me so I left without getting the proper care.

I have nothing but great to say about Dr. Shelby. Awesome, listen, never late but the office staff. It's just sometimes it's just not there. They don't answer the phone call. They're not what I would say. Patient friendly sometimes, maybe because I think they're short. But anyway, I can't say anything more about Dr. Shelby and she's awesome.

First time I've ever had blood drawn that I did not bruise so I give the lab tech A+, I was very comfortable with all the staff that I encountered. The front desk should keep patients abreast of the time for blood work to be done. I waited 30 - 35 minutes before being called by the phlebotomist. I should have been the first of the 2 names called to get my test done but she called the other patient & theirs was done first. That is just unprofessional.

The reason I sat for an hour waiting is that another patient took my time. She thought her name had been called. Since she got up and the nurse took her, I thought I was wrong. I was not. She went to the nurse practitioner (who I was seeing). It took several minutes to get her to the right doctor. Since the nurse thought I had been called, she skipped to the next name and so on. After I decided I need to see why I was sitting so long, the office got it straightened out and 8 was seen rather quickly. So it was a patients problem. In the future maybe double check names before taking a patient to the back. As I said everyone was very courteous and apologized. I was very impressed with the nurse practioner.
