The assistant who took my vitals and history needs to look at the patient and not stare at the computer. She asked me to sit on the exam table but then had her back turned to me when taking my information. This made it difficult for me to hear her because she was speaking rapidly while having her back completely turned to me. Rather frustrating.
Dr. Coleman is definitely an asset to your company. She is thorough, she's professional, she's friendly, she's caring, and she listens. And that's the most important aspect of a good doctor. They listen to how you feel, what you feel, and what you have to say about your health care. And Dr. Coleman is truly a class act.

Everyone involved were real polite and cordial. Only complaint is that I received 4-6 messages pertaining to new lab results on my chart. Accessed my chart thru several of the messaging format and there was NO new test results.
My experience was below expectations. My doctor was behind an hour my scheduled appointment time. I arrived early and was seen by the medical assistant before my appointment time began. While I waited, not once did someone come to check on me or let me know my wait time. When I was greeted by the doctor there was no apology for being late. The doctor seemed rushed to visit with me before referring me to a specialist for the reason of my visit. She was very scattered brain during the visit jumping from a purchase on Amazon to assist with my injury. Although my needs were met, I was not impressed with her acquaintance or the staff's ability to check on me.
My care team was super friendly, asked all the right questions and cared about my concerns.
I cannot say enough great things about this visit! From the zero waiting times, to Dr. Coleman's empathy and listening ear to my concerns, to Nikia's blood draw that I didn't even feel, paired with the timeliness of the labs, and fulfillment of action items from Dr. Coleman and other BRG offices, my experience was top notch!

After seeing another doctor for 1/2 my life and changing to Dr Coleman I am now being treated with a doctor who is actually giving me an exam each visit, explains everything and is concerned about me truly. She is a wonderful Doctor. Im finally getting the answers I needed and the tests needed that my previous doctor overlooked. I dont feel like just a number anymore. Very very pleased and will be referring the rest of my family to her.

Was told to arrive early and no staff was available at the desk and no sign was up saying if they stepped out or when they would be back. After almost 30 mins waiting, and multiple other patients showing up equally confused, someone finally returned to the desk. If they will be out for lunch (which is understandable) dont tell patients to come at that time, and maybe have a sign stating they stepped out and will be back at x time. Otherwise, my appointment here was great, Dr. Coleman was wonderful and spent way more time than I would have ever expected going over all of my history, updating things in my chart, really listening to my concerns and goals of the appointment, and addressing them directly during the appointment. Very pleased with my visit with her, her attention to detail, and her willingness to listen to her patient. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pcp.
Would not recommend due to the amount to time spent waiting to be seen. In the last 6 months, the average wait time has been an hour.

Yes, I would recommend Dr. Stephanie Coleman to any one of my friends or family. She's very patient. She's very attentive and very good at listening to what it is that you have going on. In my consideration with other doctors that I've had experience with, she's a much better listener and doesn't try to interrupt you or rush you or guess what it is that you're about to say. She's very very good at just listening to what you have to say and then assessing that and not immediately giving an answer like as if she was ready to give this answer before she heard what you had to say. She listens closely and she answers accordingly based on what it is that you've said. And I think that she is one of the best doctors I've ever had so far.

My provider did not have the medical records sent to her by my Cardiologist. This is not her problem, it is a problem with the way the records are received and distributed. This is a severe problem and need to be looked into. Now I have to go back whenever she receives my cardiologist records.
I was very happy to be able to get my Dr visit, bloodwork, and mammogram all done within a very short time. And I received most of my test results back within a few hours.
It's nice to go to a Dr that listens and makes me feel comfortable.
