The receptionist, the nurse and especially Sunny the NP were all great. The phlebotomist on the other hand was not. She was not polite at all and had no interest in what I had to say.

PA Green has done my wellness checkup for the past several years. She has always listened to my questions and given sound and reassuring answers that gives me clarification to my current state of health. Her demeanor and knowledge provides a sense of trust to the mind of this patient.
I never heard from anyone about my blood work results. Only that i needed to schedule 3 month checkup for 3 things. Only result that was given was calcium iron and one other thing.

The experience was good. There was a bit too much chatter in the waiting area by the X-ray room. Some staff around the corner were having personal conversations that were too loud and a bit inappropriate. Our medical staff and lab techs were professional Al and courteous. Checkout was quick and easy.

I thought the intake people should put their phones away when confronted by patients. I noticed they were either scrolling or texting while patients were trying to check in.

The staff members are always wonderful
My experience with Sunny Green has been wonderful. My complaint is with "My Health Profile". Since last fall, I have been unable to access My Health. I have called the number several times...no one calls me back. I have emailed several times...no one responds. Just recently someone did actually email me. I responded with my problem. That's been two weeks ago and that person has not contacted me again. It's very frustrating.
I have been with this office for years. I would not go anywhere else.
