The front check in personal had no interest in my concern for my lab orders not being available even though they were ordered 4 weeks prior and that I had requested some specific test. I had to wait Over 40 minutes because they said that they were not ordered. That was ok as long as they picked up my request on the original orders because I did not want to have to come back for a second lab. Fast forward, when reviewing the lab results I was informed that the test request made on the original order and what I was strongly expressing to the front desk was ignored then put in to do the test at a later date.

Tara and the staff she works with are all great. The only issue I am having right now is the MyChart app does not have an easy way for me to get a receipt for my copay to submit to my FSA account for reimbursement. That is a technical issue that needs to be resolved. I have sent a message to billing, but after 2 days, still no response.

Generally I find that doctor visits mainly consist of filling out info on a computer. Although everything I went for was done efficiently and effectively, it felt a bit impersonal
I'd just like to comment and say the staff at the front desk was amazing and courteous. I showed up 15 minutes early and they put me right in the examination room. And within two or three minutes the nurse came in to do her thing, take my blood pressure. We talked. She listened. She took off. Then Dr. Tara came in shortly thereafter. I mean, within five minutes Tara was right there immediately. And had a great talk. She listened great. She answered my questions. And as usual, it was a great visit. It always is when I see her and I will never get anybody else. And I will recommend her to everyone I know and I do. Thank you.

Tara's perfect as ever! Now your phone system now needs a major upgrade. Why can't I "speak" to appointment desk personnel? Why can't i speak with someone to find out what i need to do to get my mammogram and thyroid scan done? Scheduler told me last week "she" had to have the order. I thought mammograms were on standard order???????????? So that's ok. I'll GO to the hospital or clinic to ask for help.

My experience with the reception desk has been absolutely horrible. They do not answer their phones during working hours. I can never get through to my doctor or nurse because they do not answer their phones. I tried explaining this to them, but this has been going on for several months and it is frustrating because you can not get through to the nurse or Tara.
The phone system leaves a lot to be desired. when the automated answer come on, every time it says that I am 5 in line. Always

The experience was a good one, but the wait times seemed long. It may be due to the nurse and staff taking their time with each patient, which is also needed. It was nice waiting alone in the waiting room, instead of sitting out in the waiting area with many people. So, next time I know to just prepare to wait about an hour in the room until I can be seen. I will make it a home getaway for a little while. :)

The only thing I really have to say is they took a little longer than normal my appointment was for 1030 I got there early and they got to me a little bit after 1030 and I'd actually didn't get out of that office until 11:00 to 11:10

Calling the main number in to the offices is unbelievably frustrating. Waiting before any human voice picks up or even getting a choice other than to hold is a ridiculous way for a dr's office phone system to operate. I've mad multiple requests for you to correct this to no avail. Waiting on the holding pattern created by your phone to set an appt., return the nurse's call, or just get a quick answer has taken anywhere from 8-18 minutes of wait time. Can you fix this very easy challenge? If you need recommendations on how to end this unbelievably antiquated process, I'll gladly assist.
