My experience with the provider and her office was amazing, I have now established primary care with Dr. Mixon. I was sent down starts on the first floor for bloodwork, but I had to leave and come back, unfortunately there was only one receptionist and she was also the phlebotomist, I came back at 2PM, and it took about 15 mins for my blood to get taken.

I really, really like this doctor, my previous doctor passed away. And so I had to find a Dr. Dr. Mixon has been an absolute blessing.
I'm experience with the provider is always excellent. She's definitely the best doctor I have. Now the staff is a different disappointment on the other hand. The turnaround is very bad. New staff doesn't treat you like the old staff. Engaging with you know you when you walk in asking how are you doing. I miss them badly! But I guess people move on. But the staff needs to be more friendly, patient, and respectful especially when answering the phone. Clean it up a little bit and you have the perfect setting when you walk in until you walk out. Also when you call with questions or concerns. The attitudes over the phone is very unnecessary. Just give the provider the message and let the patient know what she says. Stop trying to give your opinion about a call.

Dr. Mixon is one of the most wonderful doctors, listen to everything. She's more than a doctor. She's like a psychiatrist. She sits and she listens. Her staff is so wonderful. They are very, very, very experienced and very kind. And the office is very clean at all times. You never have to wait long. Five minutes, ten minutes be at the most. And I would never change my doctor.

Yes, things have gotten much better than they used to be at the clinic. I remember the time when I went there, I wasn't feel comfortable, but now I feel very comfortable. Even when I go to the blood lab, there was inefficiency with the blood lab. Y'all have improved that. Thank you.

She was in a particular hurry this time, and usually she's not. I had other health concerns (possibility of pancreatitis since I lost my gallbladder in '98 & have been on pain meds for 2/3 of the time since due to spine & knee injuries; bloating & gastric issues non-stop), but we didn't get to them.
