Yes, things have gotten much better than they used to be at the clinic. I remember the time when I went there, I wasn't feel comfortable, but now I feel very comfortable. Even when I go to the blood lab, there was inefficiency with the blood lab. Y'all have improved that. Thank you.

Office staff is always friendly and courteous. I'm always in and out with no complications nothing but smiles and positive attitudes.
She was in a particular hurry this time, and usually she's not. I had other health concerns (possibility of pancreatitis since I lost my gallbladder in '98 & have been on pain meds for 2/3 of the time since due to spine & knee injuries; bloating & gastric issues non-stop), but we didn't get to them.

I love visiting Dr. Mixon's office. She is very knowledgeable. Her staff is attentive and always helpful in any way needed. They provide additional resources and support when necessary. I always leave feeling heard and like whatever issue I had resolved.
The only issue is when you need to see the doctor before your reg visit! It's never a opening to see your doctor! The wait time be more than 6 months! So you have to always see the NP!

Dr. Mixon has been great to work with on my health care for all of the years I have been her patient. She knowledge. Easy to talk to, even when it's about subjects most of us would like to shy away from. Thank You to her and all of the staff at BR General, including the phlebotomist who did an amazing job and the the nurse who called me with my lab results and doctor's note. She went back and forth between me and the doctor a couple of times to address my issues and concerns.

Dr Mixon is one of the few doctors that I trust. Her bedside manner is genuine. She is laser focused on concerns and her treatments are on point.
My only comment is I think that the front office could do a better job addressing access to Dr. Mixon when you're in crisis. Sometimes I've called the office and have been in crisis or been in crisis situations and felt like I was not able to get access to or get my needs addressed in a timely manner. Front office staff can definitely do a better job in addressing patients in crisis situations. That's it.
