It was my first appointment for my pregnancy and I felt very well taken care of. My OB reviewed by history and ultrasound and then let me know that we'll need to keep a close eye on my pregnancy which can be scary but reassuring since they may want to see me more regularly throughout my pregnancy. One of the ladies at the front desk seems to have an attitude like she didn't want to be there. Too busy with her phone and personal conversations with other staff instead of helping patients. It would be more helpful if something is going on at your doctor's visit, especially if you're in the midst of being pregnant. It's good if the technician doesn't tell you whether or not your baby has a heartbeat or not if something is going on. I think they should leave that to the doctor because then now you have to be devastated going to the vet with that information.

Dr. Childress spent less than 10 minutes with me and my appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes at the least. She was in a rush and her or her staff never fully read my chart as I kept answering the same questions. Nobody fully reads the chart. The doctor didn't even check my heart? I'm very disappointed as I went in seeking treatment and help for perimenopause but I was completely dismissed. Very bad service!

It took too long for me to get in to see the doctor almost all 5 weeks

I have had only good experiences with Dr. Childress and ALL her staff. There are some delays at times but mother's going into labor... life has no schedule for this and many other emergencies! I have a surgery scheduled soon and after speaking with the surgery nurse at this appointment she did a great job of settling some apprehension and explaining the procedure and post-op. I would recommend anyone looking for Ob-gyn to see my Dr.

The doctors and nurses are always attentive and pleasant. They always give me the answers, medical attention, and resolution to any and all of my needs!
My experience overall was great but the white female that was drawing blood had a nasty and unfriendly attitude. She wasn't aware of the labs that she needed to run and nor did she want to run them. She had an attitude arguing with me about what my doctor had submitted and then she ended up not knowing what the lab notes meant or what tests she had to run. I was very unokeased! I also explained to the front desk how I felt uncomfortable.

My experience was great overall. I think the only thing is.... for my ultrasound... in the beginning, it was a little bit.... not really warm or welcoming. I'm assuming maybe because it's so many people that's being in the day that it's kind of routine. But after, after we started doing the ultrasound, you know, I think the experience warmed up, but I think in the beginning was kind of... mechanical and, and for it being my first ultrasound, I didn't really feel super... welcome or.... How can I say it? comfortable in the beginning. But after... after sometime, I think the technician warmed up and yeah, it was a good experience overall. But that's my only feedback.

I love Dr. Childress, and I am always impressed by her medical knowledge and genuine compassion. However, she was running over 45 minutes late for my appointment which is unacceptable. I work in healthcare as well and there is no excuse for prioritizing the medical providers time more than the time of the patient. Her tardiness is outside of her control, I'm sure, and understandably so, but the office staff should have communicated with me while I was waiting. When I approached the desk to ask what was taking so long, I was met with defensiveness and no compassion. I disagree with that wholeheartedly. I know it's not their fault either, but it delays like that should be handled in a more respectful manner.
