Yeah, Taylor did a really good job at, you know, addressing all of my previous concerns and knowing my history with sleep apnea and other health-related issues and concerns. So I felt like she was somewhat, not somewhat, but very prepared when she came in and talked to me. And like I said, addressed all my concerns in a very courteous and professional manner and was very satisfied with her. Thank you very much.

The personal at the front desk was friendly, polite & made my experience begin with a positive outlook. My provider who I think name was Taylor was very professional, appeared to care about my wellbeing & concerns.

I thought that Dr. Taylor was amazing. She had great bedside manner. She listened thoroughly to everything that I had to say and addressed each thing that I had. I found her nurse to be great and even the front staff. It was a little bit of a struggle with waiting for a waiting room for me to be able to go in and be seen. but they did apologize and made me get out very quickly once we fixed that situation. So I'm very impressed with my experience.

Front desk staff and nurse was friendly. The Physician Assistant was very professional and answered all of my questions. The PA brought me to the staff that reviewed my insurance. The staff who looked at my insurance was very unprofessional. Eye rolling as I walked in and blank stares. However, I then saw the front desk staff again and the nurse who gave me the sleep machine and they both were good. The only problem staff was the women who is after the PA. Not sure her name but the room was dark and alot of blue Christmas trees.
Waiting 40 minutes and not one staff member touched base was ridiculous.

I don't remember how long it took to see the provider, but I think it took a little longer than I expected. I realize they were busy, so I have no problem with it. However, waiting for the day of the appointment took around 2 months. After I bring the diagnostic equipment back, they said it would take another couple weeks. I would like to be seen sooner, but I have really no idea what has to be done by the provider and staff. I would consider expanding. Taylor Doggett was great BTW. I'd recommend her to friends and family.
As a former patient from approximately five or six years ago, the experience was much more pleasant this time. I enjoyed not having to wait in the office for almost an hour or more. Before I was seen for my appointment, it only took just a few minutes, and I was very pleased at the updates and upgrades.

She was very, very pleasant, very soft-smoking, but yet thorough, a lot of opportunities to ask questions, answer most of my questions, answer the questions I could have had before I even tried to ask them. She's very, very well-recommended.
I was assisted by Mariah (Nurse) at first and she was very compassionate and very focused on my medical history and I'm very grateful for her. Then, Taylor, the P.A. was who did the [REDACTED] with me and I put her compassion and concerns of my health issues and needs on a high scale meaning she showed patience as well as the things that I mentioned above even more so. My overall experience was awesome!!
I received fault equipment for my sleep study so I have not completed my treatment yet. I have to go back to the office and get a new working machine. Very inconvenient.

Ms. Taylor was very thorough, very caring and professional. She answered all my questions and she came up with a lot of other ideas that I hadn't thought of, so she was very good. When I call though sometimes I have trouble locating somebody. When I try to call on the phone it's a problem many times and some of the extensions do not work. So I hope that you all can work on that in regard to calling, but the staff is nice, professional and very helpful. Thank you. Bye-bye.
I believe the instructions of the equipment were not quite deep enough when I plugged the tubing and all that together. I'm not sure if it actually worked or not. I think there could be some improvement by that when it's being shown to you on how it would operate. That's all I've got to say. Thank you.
I had a little trouble with the sleep study equipment. I called all three of the options with my questions and never heard back from anyone. I hope that I figured it out correctly myself.
