Staff is very friendly. Nurse is very friendly, very knowledgeable on all subjects. Dr. Bella is very knowledgeable, very friendly, very cordial. It's almost like visiting with a friend as opposed to going to a doctor. Like I say, he's very knowledgeable on all matters and answers questions accordingly. If need assistance, he's ready to assist in any way. So just a great guy and great doctor.
I was waiting to hear about what doctor I should see. That's all.

Dr Bella and his staff always go above and beyond every time I call, have an appt, pharmacy change, etc. Now, I work for BRG Bluebonnet and they are still just as wonderful as they were when I didn't. Just wanted to say the lady that took my blood did an excellent job. I barely felt it.
The two ladies working up front at the check in check out desk were extremely rude, had a ghetto attitude and were disrespectful. I don't appreciate a head shake, eye roll and condescending tone and comments for asking a simple question when I am paying my hard earned money. It's ashamed I get better treatment from fast food workers than from a doctors office. And I'm sure their background is in fast food service. Your providers blame it on you and your inability to hire qualified staff. That makes quite a statement about you. Do much better Baton Rouge General!

I was running a fever and was worried I would not be able to an appointment right away. I was immediately given an appointment in the afternoon on the day of my call. I could not have been happier. Within a few short hour, I had seen the doctor and was on my way to the pharmacist. Before I got out of the parking lot, Prescriptions to GEAUX sent a text to advise my prescription was ready and the price was $5.01. I could not have asked for better service.
I think I've referred at least 10 patients to Dr. Bell already.

I scheduled this appointment 6 months ago and did not realize it was on Memorial Day. When I realized this, I called to see if they were actually going to be open, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they would be open. As always, Dr. Bella and the entire staff were both friendly and professional.
I don't think that the wellness exams in general are nearly detailed enough. My husband gets a much, much more thorough care from his doctor. Bye.
