My nurse was very good. She came in, talked to me, looked at my schedule, put a printout for me to go by. She's number one in my book. I thank God for putting her in my life. I thank God for putting her in my life.

Overall my experience was great. My Dr saw me in a timely manner. She was attentive and listened as well gave feedback and demonstrations on my concerns. All my questions for the visit was answered properly and was made very clear & understandable to me. She and her staff are very professional. I would recommend her to more ppl as I did before.

My doctor was incredibly kind & listened to my concerns closely. We discussed my treatment plan and concerns and she reassured me both about my illness and current life stressors as well. I am so lucky to have been able to receive care from such a compassionate doctor.
The whole office was the sweetest!!! Ive been having a very hard time lately and I needed this experience just as much as I needed the care. My questions were answered clearly, I wasn't rushed, and action was actually taken seriously. Thank you to these women. They deserve everything, plus!!!

I have never had such a thorough doctor as Valeria Soegaard and someone that listens to me and pays attention to every word that I've said since my first visit with her. I hope to never have to switch doctors and she is always a pleasant smile. I thoroughly enjoy my visits with her.
I love the way she break down and explain everything until you fully understand. She ask if you have any questions and give you information on helping you get things where they should be. The staff was very friendly and patient with the patients. I wil be recommending others here
Dr. Soegaard is very knowledgeable and personable. She is 1 of the few doctors I have seen throughout my life thus far that actually talks to her patients and not AT them. Many doctors jump in and out of the room within 10 minutes and barely allows the patient time to come up with any possible questions they may have that just arises. Dr. Soegaard ask if you have any questions after each issue is addressed and not just at the end of the visit. That way you are able to maintain an understanding of each subject. I myself write down questions that I might think of after I have left and bring them up the at the following appointment. I have apologized many many times because I know that adds time to how much time she spends with me and not the next person. However Dr. Soegaard always says she works for me and its her job to answer my questions and make sure I have been heard during my visit. I have mentioned her to various people I know because of her bed side manor and her respect for others in general. The entire staff I have come in contact with at this location is kind and helpful, even to each other. I made sure to mention that, because I have seen the staff at it with each other before (elsewhere of course) in front of patients and it was completely unprofessional.

This is probably one of the best. It felt like home. It felt like family or anything. She listens to me as well. Everybody on her staff is friendly. Everybody on her staff is willing. Everybody on her staff is helpful. I recommend this to everybody. I love them over there. They do a great job of just catering to my needs. My medical needs is just amazing. So I really appreciate it.

Scheduling was really complicated. I was on hold for about half an hour and they ended up scheduling me with the wrong doctor. Turned out to be a good doctor, but it was not the doctor I had called to schedule an appointment with. So definitely more support when it comes to scheduling the visit and then confirming the appointment. Thank you.

Dr. Soegaard is a very conscientious warm professional, she's concerned about my health about making the best best suggestions, for my health. And she takes excellent care of me, but she also listens to whatever it is that I would like to say. And the front desk staff was also very warm. They welcome mean, they made sure all my information was correct, and I enjoyed my visit.
