The provider was very informative. However, she did forget to check my ears. I've been having some issues with allergies, and she told me to use my nose spray, which is cool, but I would have liked for her to look inside of my ears.

Each of workers was concerned about the exceleration of my blood pressure. The nurse took my blood pressure more than one time. Helpful instructions was given like calm down, Uncross your legs and relax.By the time Dr. V came in, she took my pressure and it was high. It was taken again and the last reading was 136/80 she requested that I take my medicine dose in the morning and at night before I go to bed.
I have a very good rapport with entire team. They are respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I am well pleased with my care provider and her treatment.

I came for a bone density scan. I wait an hour in the waiting room, only to be informed that the camera wasn't working. I was given a choice of getting the first half done there and go to another for the scan or to reschedule. After sitting for an hour, I chose to reschedule. I wonder why it took an hour to tell me the machine was not working.

Having to verify your address is a privacy is an issue for me. A simple question would suffice. "Are there any changes?" This is the only Drs office where you have to give your insurance information on each visit and it is aggravating. Please update your company's computer system to retain information.

Everyone in attendance was helpful in providing with helpful information on how To treat my symptoms by prescribing different medicines to take and provided me a copy of exercises I need to try on a daily basis.

This lady was very helpful. I asked her to take my blood pressure and she did. Before she did this, I got dizzy in her office. I I didn't know that you didn't take the blood pressure each time. I thought the other lady didn't have the time!
