And I feel like she does have my general best interests at heart. And I absolutely love my doctor. And I wouldn't trade her for the world.

They were not able to draw blood from me. This was the first time that happened. They had to send me to Lane Hospital Lab to get the blood drawn

My experience with Dr. Whetstone and the nurse was great, however, the young girl at the front desk was not very professional. I stood behind someone she was talking with at the window and while she was talking she was eating, actually taking bites of a sandwich while talking to the person at the window. I feel like someone needs to cover her desk for her while she eats in the back. At least put the food away while dealing with a patient. Although she answered questions and did her job, her tone and demeanor was unprofessional. She was slouched down in her chair when I checked out and didn't sit up when I approached the window. Not a pleasant tone.
It's kind of hard to explain. The doctor was really busy,the staff was new,not well trained. One lady at the check-in counter went out of her way to help me and correct an error with my appointment. The other girl just wanted to send me out the door to not return.

Dr Whetstone is a great physician and has an aggressive but warm approach to my care. However the support staff are all terrible. This week alone I have called 12 times and only got someone to answer the phone once. That message never made it to Dr Whetstone. None of the other 11 voicemails did either apparently. My referral to an infusion clinic was never sent to the clinic, I know that because I called Coastal Infusion myself and inquired. No callbacks or responses from the office were returned to me. This week has been the absolute worse week in healthcare I have ever had.

Encounter with provider was definitely more than satisfactory. The problem was I had an appt. scheduled for 1:00, but when I got there, the appt. wasn't on the schedule even though I had an appt. card to verify the scheduling. They did give me a come back time for 3:45. When I returned at that time I had to wait quite a while. My schedule for the day was ruined.
