My ob/gyn Dr. Victoria Bourgeois was so nice and sweet to me. When asking about my previous loss, I cried and she comforted me and let me know what's the next steps to take to ensure this pregnancy has a positive outcome. She explained what's happening while performing the pap smear and also what to expect at my next visit. I highly recommend her.

I came to Dr Bourgeois for a second opinion and she will now be my regular obgyn. I was very impressed and pleased!! She listened to me and completely understood my issues and diagnosed me with what my other provider kept telling me I did not have. And when she explained it I even understood it better. Her sonogram technician was the best as well! She was gentle and careful. Where the one from my previous provider was rough and made it hurt. I was overly pleased!! So Thankful I found a place that is caring and knowledgeable!!
I waited an hour to be seen by this provider. That is definitely not how you handle your customers. I feel like I was not made a priority. The provider was wonderful I just didn't like the long wait & I was not given any explanation or an apology for the long wait. I am not a happy patient for that reason.

I waited an hour undressed waiting for the doctor to come in.
There needs to be a more experienced tech to draw blood. The two techs attempted to draw three times. I showed them where to access from the beginning. It helps when a patient has terrible veins to listen to them.
The receptionist, ultrasound tech, and check in nurse that saw my daughter were un- welcoming and dismissive and made us feel as though we were of no importance. We were asked to come in early for our appointment and made to wait a total of 3 hours from the time we got there till we left... the last nurse we saw, which just stopped to check on us was extremely kind and compassionate, the rest of the staff we saw should take lessons from her....

I came in for a repeat procedure that was performed previously by another physician. Dr. Bourgeois was so concerned with finding the solution to multiple issues, she very thorough and she listens to her patient's concerns. I'll give her a 10/10.
It was my first OBGYN visit ever. The Doctor and Staff were very helpful and kind. The lady at the information desk on the first floor was very helpful with directing me where to go. Dr. Bourgeois was very informative and patient with explaining everything; I am very greatful since this was my first ever OBGYN annual.

The only negative is not being able to book next year's appointment while you're in the office. Addressing a postcard to yourself feels very outdated.

Dr. Victoria Bourgeois was great in every way. The nurse, not sure what her name but she was just kind of standoffish. Not really rude, but seemed like she was just trying to hurry up and get out.

The staff at Dr. Bourgeois' office, down to the phlebotomists, are all exceptional people! The front desk staff is so friendly, Dr. Bourgeois is absolutely incredible and very concerned with my wants and desires, and the phlebotomists are insanely good at their jobs. Never felt the slightest prick, or was never left with a mark. In love with this entire staff and office.

Dr Victoria Bourgeois is a wonder asset to BRG.
I arrived early for my 8:30 appt and left at 1045. The wait for a mammogram following my annual visit was almost an hour. Only a few people were waiting and one lady left because she couldn't wait any longer. I was on the verge of leaving when I was called to the back. I go to the Ascension location for convenience but could have driven to BR and finished sooner.
Very friendly staff glad that I went there.
