A head-to-toe screening that assesses range of motion, strength, balance, and functional movement with recommended corrective exercise.

Home Gym Program $60

Designed for any traditional use, containing cardio recommendations, nutrition information, warm-up and cool-down information, mobility and 20 unique training sessions.

Generalized Stretching $25/30 minutes

Choose from full upper or lower body passive stretch session designed for warm-up or recovery with workout.

BRG Fit! For Life

Go Getter's Program $50/month

Our Go Getters program is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays as a step-down program for individuals discharged from specialty care who want a safe avenue for supervised exercise. BRG Fit for Life Class $50/month

Our BRG Fit for Life class is offered on Mondays and Wednesdays as a specialized exercise class that is tailored to individuals with Parkinson's disease, focusing on improving balance, strength, mobility, and coordination with movement. Guided by experienced instructors, participants engage in safe, low-impact exercises designed to increase range of motion and overall movement confidence, helping to manage symptoms.
