Yes, I had an 8.30 in the morning appointment, which I was told was the first appointment of the day. They opened at 8.30. I got there at 8.20. I did not see the provider. I didn't get called back to the room until 8.50. And then the provider came in at 9.05. And then it was 9.25 before I saw the second provider. So I felt like the 8.30 time slot was very misleading whenever they had, I was not serviced a lot quicker or told that I was a delay. And when I brought this up, I was told that y'all double book every appointment. So that's what I have.
Pleasant, but business like.
I'm concerned test results won't represent a typical night's sleep. A light sleeper, I woke every time I moved in my sleep. The equipment became uncomfortable and felt as though it was constantly shifting. I removed it at 4:30 a.m. (put on around 9:30 p.m.) and, from 4:30-7 a.m. slept soundly.
Dr was very concerned and was patient work through my concerns and issues. Dr and PA very easy to talk to.
Everyone took their time and were professional and willing to help me with my condition. I have no complaints!

I didn't know a lot about my diagnosis (narcolepsy) beforehand, and both the nurse and practitioner answered every question I could think of about the subject. This has helped me be confident in my treatment plan and I appreciate everyone who works at the office.
Don't feel it is necessary to be seen yearly...not experiencing any problems and I live an hour away.

Everybody has been very nice, very sweet, kind, and they listened to everything I had to say. They should keep it up and they'd be doing a wonderful job if they haven't already.
The wait time was a bit extensive. After I checked in, it took 30 minutes to be called back. After the initial nurse took my information & left, it was another 30 minutes before the doctor came in. My appointment time was 2:15pm but I didn't see the doctor until 3:15pm. I understand they can run behind, but it would be nice to feel like the patients time is valuable to the office as well. No one even checked in to reassure that I hadn't been forgotten about in the half hour I was in the exam room/office waiting on the doctor.

My appointment was at 8:30, I was told to be there at 8:15. Checked in at 8:00. Brought to the exam room ~8:30, NP came in and spent about 2-3 minutes with me at about 8:40. Doctor came in at 9:15, spent a total of 5 minutes with him and he then escorted me to the back door exit.
Yall needs to cut back on the time that people have to wait to see the doctor.

It was a great experience for me. I was kind of nervous when I first came in because I haven't used my CPAP in a while. But they made me feel warm and good for coming.
I was out in the waiting room for over a hour before I was taken to the back to see the doctor 5 patients came after me and left before I was even called I don't know how you run your waiting room but that will be the last time I will wait that long again the next time I'm going to leave and I will go see another doctor

The facility was very nice and cleanly! All the staff are very friendly and professional.
Pre filling documents on my chart was helpful. Front desk, nurse, and Dr were extremely helpful and informative. Only small issue was my appt was at 10:15, I arrived at 10:00, but wasn't called back until almost 10:45. However, the office was extremely busy that day.

When I called to discuss the CPAP machine that I have, which needed replacing, the specialist called me back within a couple of hours and also the scheduler set up an appointment with the doctor and I was able to see him on the very same day. And it was very professionally done and all of the people that I talked to listened and were very accommodating and I had been there before as a patient. And so by going back this time, I was very much impressed with the professional staff.

BR General's appointment reminder system needs to be fixed. The reminder times alternate back and forth from the real appointment time to 15 early. Then you get a notification that the appointment time has changed from the 15 minutes early time to the actual time. Happens every time I have a BRG appointment.

My appointment was 315 pm arrive at 2:40 and did not get call until 330 other patients came in after me and and where called Unfortunately I had to go to the front counter and ask why I have not been called and then I was called after.
I felt very comfortable with the physician and he really showed an interest in my situation and was willing to go aboveboard on helping me to get needed services for my cpac machine and sleep study. Excellent service and this was the first time I used this facility.
1. I never get an answer when I call. It's always a call back. 2. The Dr. Was polite , but spent little time answering my questions. I felt rushed, as we were moving to stange three as I asked third question. 3. While waiting to pay for my sleep study, I was moved to another receptionist desk, so the person I was waiting for could finished whatever work was infront of her, and then help the person behind me.(regardless of the amount of time I spent standing infront of her). Maybe the facility is over staffed, consider hiring more people. Increasing pay, or limiting appointments. If you all were not in network I would look for another facility .

The staff is much better this time than six months ago. The staff was not fairly friendly six months ago.
Dr. Schwab was informative, patient, and knowledgeable. He gave an honest assessment rather than just prescribing a device I didn't really need. It means a lot to have a doctor care about the patient, rather than just making money. Thank you.

It seems like they overbooked the patients. While I was wait my 30 minutes past my appointment time a patient came out from the back and said he was waiting 40 minutes to see the doctor and was wondering when he would be able to. Better communication from the staff as to the current delays would have been nice.

They need to be careful when stating that their procedures are covered by the VA. There is a process to get procedure approved by the VA before it is covered. This needs to be explained ahead of time to veterans seeking care.

The front desk person was very compassionate to my need to be seen quickly and I was immediately scheduled. The nurse was wonderful when I got to the back. She had only been there two days but I would have never known. She was great in a very difficult situation and Dr. Schwab was there for me when I was very emotional having to get a CPAP and was kind of sleepy while I was driving and showed amazing bedside manner and I was quickly given my equipment to do my sleep study that night.

When you have a thing with Aushner to be the supplier of the CPAP stuff, neither one gives you a fitting. They both think the other one's doing it and you just take whatever you get. It's very disappointing.

I called several times and no one got back with me to schedule an appointment. I had to go in to the office to get scheduled (once I did the appointment was timely). I did get a call from the office after I had made the appointment due to a referral from another MD. Other than that they were punctual and friendly. I did note a lot of negative comments on line.

The staff were accommodating and very reassuring and. Dr Schwab took a lot of time to explain things to me and offer options for my care and then to further the discussion so that we together reached a decision as to the path forward. I really respected that.
When you have an early morning appointment and get there 10 min. Early to avoid a long wait and still wait 40 min. Before you get in I believe that is not proper time management. Sleep Foundation needs to do better. Next time it happens I will go elsewhere.

Efficient. I do think it would be good to have the patient actually put the test machine on and take it off, just so there is no confusion about the buttons, lights, and belt.

When the visit was over, I was sent to the front desk to hand them a piece of paper for my chart and to schedule my return appointment. I HAD TO GET AT THE BACK OF THE LINE WHERE PEOPLE WERE CHECKING IN, IN ORDER TO CHECK OUT! I had already paid BUT I HAD TO STAND behind all those folks that were checking in. So it took me at least 15 minutes to check out. Please fix this. Everything else was great!
