About Me
Mallory is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) trained to diagnose and treat mental health disorders. She is also a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH). Mallory earned her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) in 2015.
Mallory works with adults 18 and older and currently offers individual outpatient therapy. Conditions she treats include, but are not limited to, academic concerns, adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, codependency, coping skills development, depression, grief, mood disorders, self-esteem concerns, sports performance, stress, trauma, women’s issues, and life transitions. Mallory utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based therapy to help clients develop healthy coping skills and achieve a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Her therapy services are available to clients who are appropriate for this level of care, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or identity.
