I have had several encounters with Baton Rouge General, and because the survey did not specify which provider or experience I am not sure which I am evaluating but all have been perfect. I stayed at Baton Rouge General inpatient med tell I believe floor A3 and cannot say enough good things about it. I'm also being seen by urology at Baton Rouge General Premier clinic and they are absolutely best from the top to bottom but to refocus on my stay at Baton Rouge General that floor runs impeccably and the floor manager should be teaching other managers how to do this

What a great appointment--Arrived early and was given a sheet to fill out but before I finished the one page questioner I was taken back to a room--Nurse came in then the Doctor came in all before my appointment time--What a pleasure-The only complaint I have was that my referring doctors office did not include my raised PSA count which was a main concern for me--Dr Rosenzweig took the new information for her in stride--I could not be more pleased with my appointment from start to finish--
Dr Meredith was kind and approachable. I appreciate her knowledge but made it simple for me to know what was going on with my health. 99% great however I would prefer being able to leave a voice-mail for the Doctor or the nurse to leave a more detailed question. BTW no fear going there because sometimes medical issues can be scary.

My only regret is not having consulted the BRG Premier Urology Group sooner. It's a comfort to know who will be there for me should more pressing needs ever present.
I really appreciated the time the Provider took to understand my medical history and the impact(s) that certain events probably have on my current medical condition. She engaged in conversation and did not restrict her questions to ones that could only have "Yes" or "No" answers. I was able to explain the context surrounding past events.

The office was bright and inviting. The front desk staff was kind and engaging. The office was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere and smell. The exam rooms were very clean. Dr. Rosenzweig was kind, personable, and knowledgeable... she was very intentional and came up with a plan to help with my daughter's issue.

Dr. Meredith was awesome. She is in my Dr list now. She was passionate and si kind about my diagnosis..I will see her again and again. Also t her nurse was super nice as well. She was also easy to talk to and very kind. The receptionist when I checked in was not friendly at all. They need someone else at the desk that blends in with the Dr and nurses personality. She wasn't very pleasant. She didn't answer one of my questions and it appeared as if she was ignoring me. Never smiled one rtime .like I said she doesn't blend in with the rest b of the group

I was very happy with my visit. My only suggestion was initially when you're coming off the elevators and there are two women at the desk checking you in, I did not find them very warm or just very interested. It took a minute for them to even give you their attention and almost with a little attitude the day I went. So if anything, I would work on that aspect. But once you were taken back by the nurse and the doctor, everything was lovely. Thank you.
