Heart of a Survivor
Heart issues can affect anyone, at any age. Our Heart of a Survivor campaign brings attention to that important message through the lens of three patient ambassadors who experienced life-changing health events. We hope that people will listen and read their stories and take a moment to think about their own health.

Daniel was a healthy 43-year-old with no medical conditions. He could've never predicted that what started off as a normal day in the office would end in disaster.
