What To Expect:

Your physician or healthcare team sends your specialty medication prescription to our pharmacy.

We conduct a benefits investigation to determine your coverage and identify any applicable copay or out-of-pocket costs. We'll contact you when this information is available.

We coordinate your medication
If a prior authorization or other insurance requirement is needed, our team works with your prescriber and insurance plan to help move your prescription forward.

We'll provide information about your medication and answer questions to help you understand how to safely take and manage your treatment.
