How We Support Your Patients
Benefits & Insurance Coordination
We conduct benefits investigations to help determine coverage and identify applicable patient financial responsibility. We communicate with patients regarding copay and out-of-pocket costs once the benefits review is complete.
Medication Therapy Management
We provide ongoing medication support and regular check-ins to help patients understand and manage their treatment.
Prior Authorization Support
Our team assists with prior authorization requirements and works with your office and insurance plans to help move prescriptions forward.
Working With BRG Specialty Pharmacy
When you send a specialty medication prescription to our pharmacy, our team will work with you and your patient to coordinate the next steps. If additional information is needed to process a prescription, we'll contact your office. We also communicate with prescribers when medication-related issues require attention, including medication substitutions or recalls. If a medication order or shipment is delayed, our pharmacy team will notify the patient and help determine the best next step.
