BATON ROUGE, La. – Aiden and Riley take the top spots for most popular baby name of the decade at Baton Rouge General’s Birth Center, which has delivered over 8,300 babies during this time.

Filling in the top 5 of the decade behind Aiden for boys is Jordan/Jordyn, Caden, Mason, and Jayden. For the girls, Chloe, Mackenzie/McKenzie, Brooklyn and Ava all landed in the top 5 after Riley. Mason and Ava were the only two names on BRG’s top lists that aligned with the national trend over the past decade.
