Cafeteria Dining

Full-service cafeterias offer something for everyone with these dining selections:

The Chef’s Table – A house favorite, the Chef’s Table has a unique daily special. Also enjoy delicious favorites like grilled chicken, sliced watermelon and other fresh items.

Grab & Go – Fresh, pre-packaged salads, sandwiches and snacks are available daily for a quick lunch or dinner.

Salad Station Robot – The world’s first fresh food robot is right here at BRG – Bluebonnet. Enjoy a fresh salad any time of day. Located right outside the cafeteria, you’ll be able to pick up to six toppings and have your salad mixed right in front of you.

Java General Coffee Shop

Brewing Private Reserve Community Coffee, hot and cold espresso beverages, fresh brewed tea and lemonade, the shops also offer decadent desserts, bistro-style breakfast foods and lunch sandwiches in addition to daily lunch specials.
