Apple Spiced Mimosa:

  • 1 Bottle of Champagne (you won't use the whole bottle)
  • 1 1/4 cups no-sugar-added apple juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg

Combine champagne and no-sugar-added apple juice. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg, and enjoy this yule tide refresher for only 113 calories and 9 grams of sugar.

Low Carb Hot Chocolate:hot coco

  • 2 cups almond milk (or any nut milk)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp Swerve
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt (optional, but brings out sweetness)

Set a small pot onto a low flame with your almond milk and heavy cream. Place the rest of your ingredients into a small blender. When your milk mixture is bubbling slightly, take it off the flame and pour the contents into your blender. Blend for about a minute and enjoy for only 150 calories!

Low Cal Eggnog:Eggnog

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup rum (optional)
  • nutmeg for dusting

Separate the eggs and beat the yolks with the honey. Stir in vanilla, milk, and rum. Beat the egg whites and fold them into the milk mixture. Pour eggnog into a small glass and top with nutmeg. Only 99 calories and 10 grams of sugar per glass. ENJOY!
