Lean for Leaders

During our two-day Lean for Leaders course, managers and leaders learn the components and underlying philosophy of what it means to be a Lean organization. Participants learn how to implement lean practices by eliminating waste in processes which improves outcomes, improves quality, prevents errors, increases customer access, shortens wait times and improves customer service.
