Cold & Cough/Nasal Congestion

  • Robitussin DM (sugar free)
  • Saline nasal spray
  • Sudafed (without Phenylephrine - PE) after 12 weeks

Constipation

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and eat high fiber foods.
