Baton Rouge General's Nurse Tech Program offers nursing students an early start to work in the nursing field and helps them successfully transition to valued members of our nursing team.
During the program, students work collaboratively under the supervision of RNs to deliver treatments and interventions to patients in a hospital setting. The program is designed to provide an enhanced learning experience that promotes the knowledge and skills that are critical to quality patient care.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited nursing program and have completed a clinical rotation in a hospital setting
- Must provide current school transcript
